All photos uploaded to Anchorly are released under Creative Commons CC0, meaning they are dedicated to the public domain. By uploading content, you grant all users a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display your photos for any purpose, including commercial use.
Attribution is recommended but not required under this license.
Platform Access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Anchorly for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms. This license does not include the right to resell or redistribute our platform or its content.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Content Ownership
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and license all content you submit to Anchorly. You agree not to upload content that infringes on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:

- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate

- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Is spam or intended to mislead users
Prohibited Uses
