Anchorly provides free stock photography and visual resources for church and ministry use. Content may include both traditionally photographed images and AI-generated or AI-assisted images that meet our quality standards.

Anchorly is a product of One Eighty Digital but operates as a standalone content platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or upload content..

By using Anchorly, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Ministry License (Content Usage)

All images made available on Anchorly ("Content") are licensed under the Anchorly Ministry License.

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use Content free of charge for:

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

2. You have obtained all required model releases, property releases, and permissions.
3. The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
4. If AI-generated or AI-assisted: you have lawful access to the AI tools used, and the content does not replicate identifiable copyrighted works, public figures, or protected trademarks.
5. The content does not contain political messaging or endorsements.

5.2 License to Anchorly

You grant Anchorly a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and sublicense your content under the Anchorly Ministry License.

5.3 Indemnification by Contributors

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchorly and One Eighty Digital from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from content you upload.

5.4 Removal Rights

Anchorly may remove content at its sole discretion.

6. Model & Property Release Disclaimer

Contributors are solely responsible for securing any required model releases, property releases, or permissions.

Anchorly does not independently verify the existence or validity of such releases.

Users are responsible for determining whether an image is appropriate for their specific use.

Anchorly and One Eighty Digital disclaim all liability related to the absence or misuse of model or property releases.

7. Account Use

You agree not to:
